In 2014 Otto Limited started this amazing project modernising an old factory building suited to the work of Charles Yorke over a two year period.  

There was many things to be done and a short time to do it all in, but, we made it work and the outcome was amazing. We stripped the building back to block and started fresh adding new walls, windows, gates and roofs while fully first and second fixing the whole building. We added a full glass front to the building whilst safety removing old asbestos. Due to the size and machinery needed, we also had to install Charles Yorke with their own substation. We loved this job and the finished product even more.
